草木樨对稗子草的化感作用测定

摘要 为了研究草木樨的化感作用对其他植物发芽率、生长情况的影响,试验采用草木樨植物根部、茎部及草木樨植物种子的水浸提液对稗子草的作用,来判断草木樨植物对稗子草的化感作用。结果表明:不同处理间草木樨植物的水浸提液对稗子草种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用具有明显的差异。草木樨根与茎的浸提液对稗子草种子发芽率有一定影响,而种子的浸提液浓度为80 mg/m L时抑制效果明显,发芽率较对照降低84.69%。综合效应指数(SE)分析可知,草木樨植物水浸提液浓度效应比较明显,即随浓度的升高化感抑制效应增强,其中根部水浸提液抑制潜力最大,根部水浸提液浓度综合效应指数由低到高分别为-0.147 3,-0.176 7,-0.464 7。 To study the a11elopathic effect of sweet clover on the germination rate and growth of other plants, the effects of water extracts from the root, stem and seeds of sweet clover were used to judge the allelopathic effect of sweet clover to barnyardgrass. The results showed that there were obvious differences in the allelopathic effects of water extracts from sweet clover on the seed germination and seedling growth of barnyard- grass between different treatments. The extract solution from the root and stem of sweet clover had certain impact to the seed germination rate of barnyardgrass, while the inhibitory effect was obvious when the concentration of seed extract solution of sweet clover was 80 mg/mL, and the germination percentage rate was reduced by 84.69% compared with the control; The analysis of synthetic effect (SE) index showed that the concentration effect of the water extract from sweet clover was more obvious. The inhibition effect was enhanced with the increase of concentra- tion, thereinto, the inhibitory potential of root water extract was greatest, while the SE indexes of concentration effect in ascending order were - 0. 147 3, -0. 176 7, and -0. 464 7, respectively.
