针对单元化包装以及具备良好规范性的物料自动化物流技术而言,实施无托盘载体单元物料自动化物流系统是一种较为理想的方案,能够保障经济效益,同时安全可靠。伴随时代的进步以及科学技术的不断发展,当今生产物流技术得到了迅速的发展。通过积极地研究及创新,对于具有较高的单元化以及规范性物料的仓储处理展开了系统、全面以及精准的分析及探究,并构成科学的无托盘载体单元物料自动化物流系统技术。此种技术方案实现输送以及仓储的直接途径为应用单元物料,而避免了传统应用托盘载体的形式,进而有效提升了工作效率和经济效益。
According to the unit package and good material specification in terms of logistics automation technology,the implementation of free carrier tray unit material automatic logistics system is an ideal scheme,can guarantee the economic benefits at the same time,safe and reliable. With the progress of the times and the continuous development of science and technology, today's production logistics technology has been rapid development. Through the positive research and innovation, for the high unit and standard material storage processing and research carried out a systematic and comprehensive analysis and accurate,no pallet carrier unit automatic logistics system technology and material science. The direct way of conveying and storage of the technical scheme is that the material of the application unit is used,and the form of the traditional application tray carrier is avoided,thereby effectively improving the working efficiency and the economic benefit.
