摘要
The third culture ministerial meet- ing of ASEAN-China （10＋1） and the seventh culture ministerial meeting ASEAN- China, Japan, South Korea （10＋3） were held in Bandar Seri Be- gawan of Brunei from August 23rd to 26th. The meetings featured an in- depth exploration on topics like deep- ening regional cultural cooperation.
