摘要
现阶段,从企业的角度加强农民工培训,探寻企业培训农民工的发展道路显得尤为重要。通过对安徽省建筑企业农民工的现状和培训意愿进行调查,发现农民工对培训的认识不足,企业对培训的重视不够,培训的效果不好。为提高农民工的综合素质,需要完善企业对农民工的培训策略,包括转变农民工培训观念、拓展企业培训资金的来源、提高培训效果等。
Nowadays,it is important to strengthen the training of migrant workers and explore the development path of training migrant workers from the perspective of enterprises. Investigation of the present situation and the training willingness of migrant workers from construction enterprises in Anhui province has found such problems about training,as lack of awareness,less importance and poor effect. In order to promote the comprehensive quality of migrant workers,it is necessary to improve the training strategies,including changing their concept of training,improving the enterprise training funds,and enhancing the training effect.
