摘要
随着2016年8月17日国网晋城供电公司变电集中运维以后,对运维人员就现场的熟知程度提出了更高的要求,原因是集中运维以后,由于人员远离变电站,一方面大家对各变电站二次设备还不足够熟悉,不利于现场设备的巡视及实际操作;另一方面新进人员对现场设备的熟知还需要一个过程,没有一个形象化的图表,不利于培训工作的开展。为了解决这一矛盾,提出了将变电站二次设备图表化的构思与设想,以此来不断提高运维人员的技能水平,并希望在实践中得到推广实现。
With the substation centralized operation of Jincheng Power Supply Company in August 17,2016,the operation and maintenance personnel are required to have a higher degree of acknowledgement of the field. The reason is that after implementing the centralized operation,on one hand,the staff are not very familiar with the substation secondary equipment because they are far from the substation,which is disadvantageous to the patrol and operation of the equipment,on the other hand,the new comers need some time to get familiar with the equipment and it is hard to carry out the training without a diagram. In order to deal with this problem,this paper proposes a conception of visualizing the substation secondary equipment and improves the ability of the operation and maintenance staff and hope that this conception could come true and be carried out.
