摘要
随着IT产业和CT产业的不断发展和融合,ICT这个新概念应运而生。这项新的技术将涵盖更多的行业,如通信业、电子信息产业、互联网行业、传媒业、广播电视行业等。同时,这项新技术也将服务于其他行业,如能源行业、医疗行业、交通行业、农林业、零售业等传统行业,促使他们在工作方式和流程上发生巨大改变。当然,这种改变也必将带来ICT运维方式和方法上的重大突破。从企业角度出发,研究企业在ICT运维上面临什么样的问题,深入剖析ICT运维过程中应该注意哪些方面,并对"云计算"下的ICT运维提出独特的看法、分析和评论。
With the continuous development and integration of IT industry and CT industry,the concept of ICT comes into being. This new technology will include more industries,such as communication industry,electronic information industry,internet industry,media industry,radio and television industry and so on. And this technology will serves for traditional industries,such as power industry,medical industry,transportation industry,agriculture and forestry industry,retail industry and so on and makes them change greatly in working style and working process. In reverse,these changes will also make a great breakthrough of the operation and maintenance style of ICT. This paper studies the problems of the operation and maintenance of ICT the enterprises face from the enterprises’ perspective and analyzes deeply which aspects the enterprises should pay attention to in the process of the operation and maintenance of ICT and proposes some unique ideas,analysis and comments for the operation and maintenance of ICT under cloud computing environment.
