摘要
利用单片机控制技术、A/D转换技术及数字滤波技术,对风机故障诊断监测系统的软件部分进行了设计.系统实现了对信号时域指标的计算和实时在线监测,使系统的抗干扰能力和准确性等方面有了很大的提高,达到风机设备故障诊断监测的目的.
By utilizing the single chip microcomputer control technology,A / D conversion technology and digital filtering technology,the paper designs the software of the fan fault diagnosis monitoring system. The system realizes the calculation of signal index in time domain and the real-time online monitoring,which improves the anti-jamming capability,accuracy etc.and achieves the expected goal of monitoring the fan fault diagnosis.
