摘要
无线信号在室内易受到多径效应、小尺度衰落等影响,使得现有基于射频信号的人体移动检测方法无法保证缓慢行为识别的鲁棒性和可靠性。该文通过分析人体行为与CSI子载波的相关性发现不同子载波对人体行为存在敏感差异性,进而提出基于离散小波变换的信道状态信息子载波特征差分算法,设计设备无关的人体移动检测。在多径丰富和稀疏两种室内场景下的实验结果表明,该方法对人体移动检测的平均精度可达到93%。
Wireless signal can be easily affected by multipath effects and small scale fading in the room,which makes the existing human movement detection methods based on radio frequency signals can not guarantee the robustness and reliability of the slow movement behavior recognition. This paper finds that different subcarriers have sensitive difference to human behavior by analyzing the correlation between human behavior and CSI subcarrier. Then the channel state information subcarrier characteristic difference algorithm based on the discrete wavelet transform is proposed,and the device-free human movement detection is designed. The experimental results show that the average detection accuracy of this method can reach 93% in two kinds of indoor scenes with rich and sparse multipath.
