摘要
中高职衔接作为中职、高职教育发展的"立交桥",是探索构建技能型人才选拔和培养长效机制的重要途径。针对当前中高职衔接存在的职业目标衔接不连贯、课程体系衔接不当、课程内容重复等问题,通过对机械制造专业的供需调研、职业能力分析、课程体系构建,制定中高职衔接专业教学标准,在专业教学标准的基础上,完成机械制造专业中高职衔接人才培养方案的设计。
As an ＂overpass＂ of secondary and higher vocational education development, the connection between them two is an important way to explore a long-term selection and training mechanism for skilled talents. In view of the current main problems existed in the connection between them two, such as the improper joining with career goals and course system, the course content repetition, we finished the talent training plan design for the connection between secondary and higher vocational education in mechanical manufacturing major, on the basis of professional teaching standards in the connection between secondary and higher vocational education, which was developed through the research of supply and demand of talents majoring in the mechanical manufacturing, the analysis of vocational ability, and the construction of curriculum system.
