摘要
将全寿命周期客户需求挖掘理论引入客车企业运营的各个环节中,通过建立基于互联网的全寿命周期内客车的客户需求挖掘系统,实现对客户需求数据的分析与整合,达到企业各部门之间客户需求信息的深度共享和充分挖掘的目的,从而提高客车生产企业的产品质量和服务质量。
