摘要
概述了近年来国内外汽车车身覆盖件在新材料、碰撞和行人安全等方面研究的进展。重点讨论了由行人安全、正面碰撞等安全因素带来的新型车身覆盖件设计在结构、工艺和设计过程中带来的新问题。最后指出设计过程中不应仅采用等刚度设计方法,而应综合考虑这些安全因素,这为设计新型覆盖件具有参考意义。
Recent progress in the development of automobile panel is discussed in this paper, which mainly focus on new materials, crash and pedestrian safety. New problems are presented which caused by those factors in a novel panel design process. Finally, it is highlighted that one should consider all these factors besides method of equivalent-stiffness.
