摘要
目的探讨健康体检者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染护理。方法 200例检测出Hp感染的健康体检者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同将其分为研究组与对照组,各100例。两组患者均给予三联药物疗法治疗,对照组给予患者常规护理,研究组给予患者临床综合护理,对比两组患者护理后临床效果。结果治疗护理上,研究组3例呈阳性,97例呈阴性,Hp消除率为97.0%,对照组19例呈阳性,81例呈阴性,Hp消除率为81.0%,研究组的Hp消除率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组非常满意55例,满意44例,不满意1例,护理满意率为99.0%,对照组非常满意33例,满意60例,不满意7例,护理满意率为93.0%,研究组的护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对健康体检中查出Hp感染的患者采用临床综合护理,Hp消除率高,效果显著值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate nursing of helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection in healthy examined people. Methods A total of 200 healthy examined people with detected Hp infection as study subjects were divided by different nursing measures into research group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. Both groups received triple drug therapy, and the control group received conventional nursing, while the research group received clinical comprehensive nursing. Comparison was made on clinical effects after nursing between the two groups. Results After treatment and nursing, there were 3 positive cases and 97 negative cases in the research group, with Hp eradication rate as 97.0%. There were 19 positive cases and 81 negative cases in the control group, with Hp eradication rate as 81.0%. The research group had obviously higher Hp eradication rate than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The research group had 55 great satisfaction cases, 44 satisfaction cases and 1 dissatisfaction case, with nursing satisfaction rate as 99.0%. The control group had 33 great satisfaction cases, 60 satisfaction cases and 7 dissatisfaction cases, with nursing satisfaction rate as 93.0%. The research group had higher nursing satisfaction rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of clinical comprehensive nursing for healthy examined people with detected Hp infection provides high Hp eradication rate. This method shows excellent effect, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
