鼠神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘要 目的分析鼠神经生长因子对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效和药理。方法 106例DPN患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(51例)和研究组(55例)。其中对照组行硫辛酸治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上行鼠神经生长因子治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及运动传导速度(MNCV)、感觉传导速度(SNCV)改善情况。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前降低,研究组治疗后VAS评分为(1.42±0.16)分,优于对照组的(3.05±0.68)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后MNCV、SNCV较治疗前均改善,研究组患者MNCV、SNCV改善幅度明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DPN患者行鼠神经生长因子治疗可有效促使患者神经感觉恢复,并缓解其疼痛程度,具临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze curative effect and pharmacology by mouse nerve growth factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods A total of 106 DPN patients were divided by different treatment regimens into control group(51 cases) and research group(55 cases). The control group received lipoic acid for treatment, and the research group received additional mouse nerve growth factor for treatment. Comparison was made on improvements of visual analogue scale(VAS) score, motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) before and after treatment between the two groups. Results After treatment, both groups had lower VAS scores than those before treatment. The research group had VAS score after treatment as(1.42±0.16) points, which was obviously lower than(3.05±0.68) points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Both groups had better MNCV and SNCV after treatment than those before treatment, and the research group had much better MNCV and SNCV after treatment than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implement of mouse nerve growth factor for DPN patients can effectively accelerate their nerve sensory recovery and relieve their pain. It contains clinical application value.
