摘要
目的评估子宫动脉结扎术治疗难治性产后出血的临床效果。方法 68例分娩且发生难治性产后出血的产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用B-Lynch缝合术治疗,观察组采用子宫动脉结扎术治疗,观察两组产妇的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的79.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性产后出血采用子宫动脉结扎术治疗止血效果可靠,且创伤性较小,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective To evaluate clinical effect of uterine artery ligation in treating intractable postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 68 pregnant women with intractable postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received B-Lynch sutura treatment, and observation group received uterine artery ligation treatment. The therapeutic effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had a higher total effective rate as 97.06% than 79.41% in control group, and difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of uterine artery ligation proves reliable hemostatic effect and little traumatic, and it is worth reference for clinical application.
