摘要
目的研究小切口白内障摘除+人工晶状体植入+小梁切除术用于治疗白内障合并青光眼的效果。方法 60例(67眼)白内障合并青光眼患者,均接受小切口白内障摘除术+人工晶状体植入术+小梁切除术治疗,观察患者手术前后的眼压、视力改善情况及手术成功率等。结果术后1个月,患者手术成功率为97.01%;术后3个月,患者手术成功率为91.04%;患者术后1、3个月的眼压均低于入院时,视力均高于入院时,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月内并发症发生率为28.33%,未出现严重并发症。结论在白内障合并青光眼的临床治疗中,将小切口白内障摘除术与人工晶状体植入术、小梁切除术联合起来应用有助于促进患者视力恢复,降低眼压,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To research effect by small incision cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract complicated with glaucoma. Methods A total of 60 patients（67 eyes） of cataract complicated with glaucoma all received small incision cataract extraction ＋ intraocular lens implantation ＋ trabeculectomy for treatment. Their preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure, vision improvement, operation success rate were observed. Results In 1 month after operation, the operation success rate was 97.01%, which was 91.04% in postoperative 3 months. The patients had lower intraocular pressure and higher vision in 1 and 3 months after operation than those before admission, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Incidence of complications was 28.33% in 3 months after operation, without any severe complications. Conclusion Combined application of small incision cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy in treating cataract complicated with glaucoma is helpful to accelerate vision recovery, reduce intraocular pressure and improve quality of life in patients.
