摘要 我国目前尚处于在线课程学分认定与管理的初级探索阶段,如何完善在线课程学分认定与管理办法是我国高校亟待解决的问题。中国科学技术大学积极试行在线课程学分认定与管理办法,在具体实施过程中对在线课程的选择范围、学习方式、考核办法以及最终的成绩取得都做了明确的规定:在线课程以选修课为主,采用线上学习与线下考核相结合的方式,最终成绩由整个学习过程的成绩组成。我国在线课程学分认定与管理办法在实施过程中尚存在教学质量认定标准和教学效果评价办法缺失、教学方式和考核形式单一、付费刷分和混学分现象等一系列问题。因此,政府、高校和学生都应采取相应的措施,以促进我国在线课程学分认定与管理的健康发展。 At present,China is still in the initial exploration stage of credit identification and management of online courses. Therefore,how to improve the credit identification and management method of online courses is an urgent task for universities in China. The University of Science and Technology of China actively tries to implement the method of credit identification and management of online courses. In the course of implementation,selection range,ways of learning,assessment measures and final scores of online courses are clearly defined: online courses giving priority to the elective courses,using a combined method of online learning and offline examination and the final results composed of the entire learning process achievements. There are still some problems existing in the implementation of credit identification and management of online courses,such as the lack of teaching quality evaluation standards and teaching effectiveness evaluation methods,the simplex teaching method and assessment form as well as the phenomenon of buying credits and choosing easy grades. Therefore,the government,universities and students should make great efforts to promote the healthy development of credit identification and management of online courses.
