摘要 家庭教育的不当、自我教育的不足、大众教育的并发症和应试教育的后遗症使高职院校实施自助教育势在必行;自助教育是生本教育的题中之义、养成教育的内在要求、励志教育的必然选择和终身教育的实现路径。高职院校自助教育包括自主学习、自律管理、自求发展和自觉行为四个方面,要遵循教师引导、学生主体,宽严相济、人本民主和尊重差异、区别对待的原则。自助教育的实施路径包括:以梦想信念教育为核心,营造自助教育的有力导向;以榜样模范带动为抓手,形成自助教育的示范机制;以学生自治组织为载体,搭建自助教育的有效平台;以集体实践活动为主导,提高自助教育的内化力度。 The shortage of the improper family education, self-education, complications of mass education, exam-oriented education from vocational colleges makes self-service education imperative, and self-help education is one characteristic of this education, the inner requirement of nurturance education, the inevitable choice of inspi-rational education, and the implementation path of lifelong education. Self-help education in vocational colleges in-cludes autonomous learning,self-discipline management, self development,and conscious activity.It should follow the principle of teachers' guidance,student-oriented,tempering justice with mercy,humanism democracy,and re-spect for differences. Self-help education implement approaches include: build a powerful self - help education guidance with dream belief education as the core, form a self-help education demonstration mechanism with model group driven, build a self-help education effective platform with student autonomous organizations, and improve the self-help education internalization with collective activities.
