纤维改性对聚丙烯粗纤维增强水泥早期抗裂性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用浓硫酸氧化法对聚丙烯粗纤维进行改性处理,通过试验研究改性前后聚丙烯粗纤维在水泥砂浆基体中的分散性,以及其对水泥砂浆基体早期抗裂性能的影响。研究结果表明,聚丙烯粗纤维改性可显著提高纤维在水泥砂浆基体中的分散均匀性,并对水泥基复合材料的早期抗裂性能具有显著的增强效果。 The polypropylene(PP) coarse fibers were modified with concentrated sulfuric acid oxidation method,and the fiber dispersion in the cement mortar matrix and the influence of the early-age crack resistance of the cement mortar matrix with before and after PP coarse fibers' modification were studied by experiments. The results showed that PP coarse fibers' modification could significantly improve the dispersion uniformity of fibers in the cement mortar matrix,and it had a significantly enhanced effect on the early-age cracking resistance of cement based composite materials.
