摘要
上海在城市土壤环境领域的起步较早,开展了不少相关工作。其中,以上海市环境科学研究院为核心的研究团队在上海城市土壤环境保护和管理中发挥了重要作用。回顾了研究团队近20a来在城市土壤污染解析、风险评估及防治关键技术研发等方面的探索。简述了上海基于全生命周期管理的城市土壤环境管理体系的构建。以世博园区、迪斯尼园区,宝山南大地区,桃浦工业区等典型污染场地为例,介绍了本团队在特大复合型场地修复技术与装备集成方面的实践。梳理提出了城市土壤领域研究热点与发展趋势,以期为类似特大型城市土壤环境保护与管理提供参考和借鉴。
As one of the densely populated and fastest urbanised areas, a research on urban soil environment in Shanghai started early in 1990s whilst carrying out a lot of related works. The core research team of Shanghai Academy of Environmental Sciences has played an important role in the protection and management of urban soil environment. The researches and development by the team over the past 20 years were reviewed mainly on pollution analysis, risk assessment and key remedJation technologies. The structure of an urban soil environmental management system based on full-life cycle was presented. Expo site, Disneyland, Nanda area of Baoshan District, Taopu industrial zone, and etc. were taken as examples to introduce the practice by the team on the remediation of large sites with complex conditions and equipment integration. Five research hotpots and development trend on urban soil were summarised attempting to provide references for the protection and management of urban soil environment in relevant megacities.
