摘要
目的 观察磁共振成像在多发硬化早期灰白质中的诊断效果。方法 选取2015年1月~2016年7月我院收治的多发硬化患者36例,患者入院后均行常规磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查,包括:T1WI、T2WI、DWI等。同时,采用磁共振成像技术中弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)诊断多发硬化患者脑灰、白质,并取与之匹配的健康组(n=36)进行对照比较,分析磁共振成像在多发硬化早期灰白质改变中的诊断效果。结果 36例多硬化患者脑内病灶分布相对较多,排在前三位的分别为:侧脑室旁(额、顶区)、胼胝体及半卵圆中心,分别占55.50%、52.80%及50.00%;多发硬化患者额叶白质的部分各向异性(fractional anisotropy,FA)、枕叶白质FA、内囊后肢弥散系数(ADC)、丘脑FA水平,低于健康对照组(P〈0.05)。结论 多发性患者采用磁共振成像诊断效果理想,具有MRI特征性表现,且采用DTI能反应脑灰、白质区域破坏情况,为临床治疗提供影像学依据。
Objective To observe the diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) quantification of gray and white matter in early multiple sclerosis. Methods A total of 36 patients with multiple sclerosis in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled and examined by Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) including T1WI、T2WI、DWI and so on. At the same time, the cerebral gray matter and white matter of the patients with multiple sclerosis was diagnosed by Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI),and compared with the matched healthy group(n=36). Then the diagnostic effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of gray and white matter in early multiple sclerosis were analyzed. Results in the 36 patients with multiple sclerosis, the distribution of the brain lesions was relatively wide, with the top three places being the lateral ventricle(frontal, apical), the corpus callosum and the half-ovum center, accounting for 55.50%,52.80% and 50.00% respectively.Fractional anisotropy(FA) of frontal and occipital white matter,apparent diffusion coefficient in posterior limbs of internal capsule(ADC), and FA of thalamus in patients with multiple sclerosis were lower than those in healthy control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic results of multiple clerosis patients by magnetic resonance imaging is ideal,with characteristic features of MRI in the patients.And the use of DTI can reflect damage to the brain gray and white matter region,providing imaging basis for clinical treatment.
