摘要 目的 探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择2014年3月~2016年3月我院收治符合纳入标准的100例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组50例和常规对照组50例。两组均予内科常规治疗,治疗组予马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗。治疗前后,以美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)、改良Barthel指数(BI)及梗死灶面积进行疗效判定。结果 治疗7 d、14 d和21 d后,治疗组NIHSS评分较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组治疗后梗死灶面积及Barthel指数较对照组显著改善。治疗组的并发症与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉能有效改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损及显著改善患者的预后。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of cinepazide maleate combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital in accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected from March 2014 to March 2016. They were randomly divided into the cinepazide maleate combined with edaravone group(50 patients) and healthy control group(50 patients).Both groups were given routine treatment of internal medicine, and at the same time, the treatment group was given gemcitabine maleate combined with edaravone. Before and after treatment, NIHSS, modified Barthel index and infarct area were applied to evaluate the curative effect. Results The NIHSS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 7 days, 14 days and 21 days after treatment, and the differences were significant(P〈0.05); The infarct size and Barthel index in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment compared with the control group(P〈0.05), the difference of complications between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Cinepazide maleate combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the neurological deficit in patients, which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.
