摘要
针对目前高职人才培养和企业用人需求相脱节的现状,以应用电子技术专业为例,从人才培养方案制定、人才评价体系构建、联合招生招工、教学方案制定和课程体系开发等方面提出了实施现代学徒制人才培养的具体方案。实践表明,建立适应中国国情的现代学徒制有利于实现学校、企业、生徒三方共赢,对我国职业教育的发展具有重要意义。
In view of the current situation that higher vocational talent training cannot catch up with the enterprise demand, taking applied electronic technology as an example, the writer proposes a concrete plan for implementing modern apprenticeship talent training from aspects of the talent training plan formulation, talent evaluation system, joint enrollment and recruitment, teaching plan and curriculum development. The practice shows that modern apprenticeship, which is adapted to the situation of modern China, is beneficial for the win-win result of the three parties including school, enterprise, as well as teachers and students, thus having a great significance to the vocational education in China.
