摘要
热镀铝锌产品生产过程中,一旦出现边部锌层增厚现象,在随后的卷取过程中就会产生厚度叠加现象,后续加工会产生严重的板型问题。文中从生产工艺控制出发,结合流体力学和自动控制原理,改进生产工装和生产工艺,成功实现了热镀铝锌钢带边部锌层厚度控制。
During production of 55% Al-Zn alloy coated steel strip, side incrassation of zinc layer often occurs, this will cause serious shape and recoiling problem subsequently. To realize production process control, processing parameters and relative equipment at zinc pot section are analyzed and improved. Defect of side incrassation is successfully controlled,obviously lifting total input/ output ratio.
