摘要 农药在现代农业生产中必不可少。它可以有效杀灭害虫,最大程度保障农作物产量,但由于它的持久性、慢性毒性和生物累积潜力威胁着人们的健康,农药残留的测定技术被人们越发关注。农药残留测定技术着重论述了常用的气相色谱和高效液相色谱两种色谱方法,波谱法,光谱法以及几种方法的联用技术,并对最新研究成果进行了说明。最后论述了测定农药残留新技术。通过以上农药残留各种测定技术的论述,为我们今后改进现有测定技术,创新新技术提供依据。 Pesticides in modern agricultural production is necessary. It can effectively kill pests, maximum security crop yields, but because of its persistence, chronic toxicity and bioaccumulation potential threat to people's health, the determination of pesticide residues technology increasingly attention by people. Pesticide residues determination technology emphatically discusses the commonly used gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) two kinds of chromatographic method, spectral method, spectral method and several methods of detection, and the latest research results. Finally this paper discusses the determination of pesticide residues on the new technology. Through the discussion of this technology of pesticide residue determination of various, for our future, determination of improving existing technology innovation provides the basis for new technology.
