摘要
根据某微波天线总装测量中对各坐标系空间相对关系的需求,基于现有机械测量系统,利用激光跟踪仪和经纬仪联合建站技术,对微波天线雷达系、基准镜系和机械系开展了高精度标定方法研究。通过对天线各坐标系的标定测量,并对影响标定精度的各个因素进行分析,验证了标定方法的高精度及可行性,进一步证明了该标定方法点位标定精度达到0.094 mm,角度标定精度达到0.007 9°,满足高精度天线总装测量需求,为后续类似工作的开展提供了重要参考。
According to the requirements of the relative space of each coordinate in a radar antenna assembly measure-ment, and based on the existing mechanical measurement system, we used laser tracker and theodolite combined technologyto study a high-precision calibration method for radar coordinate, cubic prism coordinate and mechanical coordinate of mi-crowave antenna. We got the calibration between three coordinate systems, and analyzed every factor of calibration accuracy.The results proved validity of the method and the positional accuracy of 0.094 mm, angle accuracy of 0.007 9°. The methodmeets the requirements for assembly measurement of high precision antennas, and provided an important reference for simi-lar task.
