摘要
根据某成型生物质锅炉技改项目环境保护竣工验收资料,对技改前后两种治理方法对大气污染物排放状况的影响进行了分析,通过不同大气污染防治措施对比,可知碱性+水膜除尘法除尘效果较差,不能满足《GB13271-2014锅炉大气污染物排放标准》中的污染物排放限值;旋风除尘+布袋除尘法处理可以达到《GB13271-2014锅炉大气污染物排放标准》中的污染物排放限值。
The gas emission of a biomass boiler before and after technical transformation was compared based on its data of check and acceptance material. The data showed that the previous technology of alkalinity and water film dust removal could not remove the dust fully. The dust emission could not reach the discharge standard ( Emission standard of air pollutants for boiler (GB 13271 -2014) ) . However, after technical transformation, the cyclone dust removal and bag - type strainer were applied. The dust emission could meet the standard. The contrast of technical transformation has provided useful references for air pollution and environmental supervision.
