摘要
针对早期的数控冲床在进行加工代码编制时需要进行复杂的孔坐标计算、加工模板单一、编程效率低等缺点,提出了包括基于设备改造升级的连续步冲加工模板定制和计算机辅助编程及代码自动生成软件开发的数控冲床CAM系统,介绍了设备的改造升级过程、步冲加工模板的标准与应用和以CAXA为平台的数控冲加工轮廓的交互设计方法,设计了基于VB.NET的加工代码自动生成和轨迹动态仿真软件。应用结果表明:该CAM系统是数控冲床高效率、自动化的重要环节,免除了手动编程时的大量运算,极大地提高了工作效率,并实现了异形孔和异形轮廓的快速连续步冲加工。
The numerical control punch CAM system was proposed which included continuous step-punching processing template customization based on transformation and upgrade of punchand software development of computer aided programming and code auto-matically generated for the shortcomings of complex hole coordinates calculation, single processing template, low programming efficien-cy in the processing code compilation of early CNC punch. The upgrade process of the CNC punch, standard and application of contin-uous step-punching processing template, interaction design method of CNC precision machining contour based on CAXA platform were introduced. Processing code automatically generated software and processing track dynamic simulation software based on VB. NET were designed. The application results show that the CAM system is an important part of the numerical control punch high efficiency and au-tomation which avoided a large amount of calculations in the manual programming, greatly improved the CNC punching working effi-ciency and implemented quickly continuous step-punching processing of profiled holes and profiled outline.
