摘要
Prader-Willi综合征(PWS)是一种罕见的肥胖综合征,其发病率约为1/25 000,主要临床表现有多食、肥胖、身材矮小、发育迟缓、新生儿肌低张力、性腺功能低下及生长激素缺乏。本文报道3例PWS,并复习相关文献,以提高临床医生对PWS的认识。
Prader - Willi syndrome （ PWS） is a rare obesity syndrome, its incidence rate is about 1/25 000 , the main clinical symptoms of polyphagia, obesity, short stature, slow growth, low neonatal muscle tension, hypogonadism and growth hormone deficiency. This paper reports three cases of PWS, and reviewed the related literature, to improve the understanding of PWS.
