摘要
目的评价鱼鳔补肾丸治疗男性迟发性性腺功能减退合并勃起功能障碍(ED)的有效性。方法选择2015年10月—2016年4月于首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院男科门诊就诊的66例患者,均为迟发性性腺功能减退合并勃起功能障碍患者,连续给予口服鱼鳔补肾丸,15丸/次,2次/d,连服3个月,每个月复查血清雄激素水平,并进行国际勃起功能障碍指数-5(IIEF-5)问卷量表评分。结果本组58例患者中,近期治愈32例(55.2%),显效10例(17.2%),有效7例(12.1%),无效9例(15.5%)。治疗前血清睾酮值平均为(5.3±2.2)nmol/L,治疗90 d平均为(13.3±4.6)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前IIEF-5评分平均为(12.1±4.5)分,治疗90d平均为(19.2±4.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鱼鳔补肾丸可以有效治疗男性性腺功能减退引起的勃起功能障碍症状,改善性生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oral Yubiaobushen Pills for late - onset hypogonadism （LOH） in the aging male with erectile dysfunction （ ED）. Methods From August 2015 to April 2016, 66 patients were recruited in Department of Andrology, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. All 66 cases matched the standard for LOH with ED and were given oral Yubiaobushen pills continuously as 15 pills twice daily for 3 months, monthly blood test for serum androgen level, and comparison with the International Index of Erectile Function （IIEF -5 ） Questionnaire. Results Totally 58 patients were completed treatment and followed - up. Accorded to patient self - evaluation of successful sexuality, there were 32 cases of short - term cured （55. 2% ） , 10 cases of remarkably effective （17. 2% ）,7 cases of effective （12. 1% ） , 9 cases of no effect （ 15. 5% ）. The average serum testosterone level before treatment 〔 （5. 25 ± 2. 23 ） nmol/L] and 3 - month after treatment〔 （13. 3 ±4. 6） nmol/L〕has significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the average IIEF - 5 score before treatment （12. 1 ± 4. 5） and 3 - month after treatment （19. 2 ± 4. 5 ） has significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Yubiaobushen Pills can efficiently treat LOH in aging male with ED and improve human sexuality.
