摘要 以连续管为研究对象,分别采用解析法和有限元计算方法对直管、不同曲率半径弯管和变径管的压降进行计算分析。在不同排量、不同曲率半径、不同管径和不同流体介质下,采用2种方法计算的管道压降最大相对误差为6%。通过数值计算方法对现有压降公式进行修正,推导了弯管临界曲率半径的计算方法,得到了变径比大于0.3的变径管道压降计算方法。试验测试结果表明:实测压降与理论计算压降最大相对误差为14%,进一步验证了修正的压降计算公式的准确性。研究结果为连续管安全和泵送压力计算提供了理论依据。 Taking the coiled tubing as the study object, the pressure drop of straight tube , bend tube with different radius and varied diameter tube have been calculated and analyzed by using analytic method and finite ele-ment method respectively. The maximum relative error of the pressure drop calculated by the two methods is 6 % under different displacement, curvature ra d iu s, diameters and fluid mediums. The current pressure drop calcula-tion formula has been corrected using the numerical calculation method. The calculation method of the critical radi-us of curvature of the bend tube has been deduced , and the calculating method for the pressure drop of the varied diameter tube with the diameter ratio higher than 0. 3 has been obtained. The testing results show that the maximum relative error between the measured pressure drop and the theoretical pressure drop is 14%, which further validates the accuracy of the modified pressure drop formula. The results provide theoretical basis for the safety operation of coiled tubing and the calculation of pumping pressure.
