摘要
房地产开发项目全过程涉及大量风险和不确定性因素,因而风险管理工作至关重要。结合Agent的特点,可将该项技术应用于房地产开发项目风险管理,提升风险管理工作效率和准确度。通过介绍Agent和Multi-agent的定义及特点,论述将该项技术应用于房地产开发项目风险管理的优势,并初步应用Agent技术构建房地产开发项目风险管理系统,为风险管理工作提供了新思路和新途径。
The whole process of real estate development project involves a large number of risks and uncertainties, so risk management is very important. Combined with the characteristics of Agent, the technology can be applied to the risk management of real estate development projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of risk management. By introducing the definition and characteristics of Agent and Multi-agent, this paper discusses the advantages of applying this technology to the risk management of real estate development projects,and preliminary applies Agent technology to build the risk management system of real estate development projects, to provide new ideas and new ways for risk management.
