摘要
在"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,"众创空间",作为我国新常态下经济发展的新引擎,有效整合资源,集成落实政策,鼓励全民创新创业,激发市场活力、推动科技的进步和社会金德发展。高等学校作为创新创业的重要力量,应充分利用学校的科研和人才平台,加强创新创业人才培养体系建设;升级改造大学生科技园和创业园,形成立体式的"众创空间";加强创新创业的辅导队伍建设;联动政府部门和社会团体,发展创新创业联盟;建成互联网+的科技型孵化器;形成创新创业人才培养的新业态。
Under the background of public entrepreneurship and innovation,group innovation space,as the new engine of economic development under the new normal in China,effectively integrates resources,integrates implementation of the policy,encourages the innovation and entrepreneurship,stimulates the vitality of the market,and promotes the progress of science and technology and social development.Higher education as an important force of innovation and entrepreneurship.should make full use of the school,s research and personnel training platform,strengthen the system construction of innovative talents,upgrade University Science and Technology Park,form a three-dimensional group innovation space,stren gthen the construction of the counseling team of innovation and Entrepreneurship,link to the government departments and social organizations to develop innovation and entrepreneurship alliance,build technology incubator in Internet＋,and form new form of innovation and entrepreneurship training.
