摘要
通过试验探讨了仪纶^(TM)针织物染色过程中保温时间、染色温度、染液pH值及浴比对染色效果的影响,采用单因子试验结合正交试验的方法,优选了染色工艺参数。试验结果表明,仪纶^(TM)针织物的优选染色工艺参数为染色温度100℃,保温时间30min,染液pH值5.0,浴比1∶30。
The influences of soaking time, dyeing temperature, pH value and bath ratio of dye liquor on polyesteramide（Yilun） knitted-fabric were discussed by experiment, then the optimum parameters of dyeing process were selected through the single-factor experimental method combined with orthogonal experiment method. The experimental results showed that the optimum parameters of dyeing process for Yilun knitted- fabric was 100℃ of dyeing temperature, 30 min of soaking time. 5.0 of pH value, and 1： 30 of bath ratio.
