超声提取海南树舌灵芝多糖工艺参数的响应面优化 被引量:2

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Hainan Ganoderma Lipsiense by Response Surface Method

摘要 以海南树舌灵芝为原料,用超声波提取树舌灵芝中多糖含量,在单因素实验基础上,采用响应面法优化超声波提取树舌灵芝多糖最佳工艺条件.探讨了粉碎程度、液料比、超声波时间、超声波功率、超声波温度5个因素的交互作用及其最佳水平.研究结果显示:在确定原料颗粒直径为180μm,液料比为40.00 m L/g、超声时间为30 min、超声功率为837.86 W、超声温度为55℃的条件下,海南树舌灵芝多糖提取率为0.197%. In this experiment,ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract polysaccharide from Hainan Ganoderma lipsiense raw materials. And response surface method was used to optimize the experimental conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Ganoderma lipsiense based on single factor experiment. The interaction and optimum level of five factors were discussed,such as: degree of grinding,liquid material ratio,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic temperature.The results showed: under the conditions of 180 mesh of raw materials size,40.00 mL / g of liquid material ratio,30 min of ultrasonic time,837.86 W of ultrasonic power,55 ℃ of ultrasonic temperature,Hainan Ganoderma applanatum polysaccharides extraction rate was 0.197%.
