摘要
"虾稻共作"是潜江市在实践中探索出的一种集约高效农业模式,在促进一二三产业联动、产城融合、区域融合发展和农民就近城镇化方面取得了初步成效,表现出较大的潜力。该文分析了潜江"虾稻共作"模式的产生、影响及面临的问题,提出了推进体制机制创新的对策建议。
Qianjiang,a pilot city for the nationwide small and medium-sized cities＇ comprehensive reforms,has adopted an intensive and highly efficient agricultural mode ＂ Crayfish-Rice Cooperation＂,which helps to propel the development of first,second and third industries,motivate the regional integrative development as well as the urbanization of the local residents. Through a detailed analysis on the background,development,effects and potential threats faced by the ＂ crayfish-Rice Cooperation＂ mode,the paper concludes with some measures to boost the innovation of the systems and the mechanism.
