摘要
采用共沉淀方法制备了CaMoO_4:Sm^(3+)系列发光材料.利用X射线粉末衍射仪、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和分子荧光分光光度计对材料的结构及发光性质进行了研究.研究结果表明:当Sm^(3+)掺杂浓度为0.05 mol时,样品发光强度最大,该系列样品能够被405 nm的近紫外光有效激发,于646 nm处发出明亮红光,对应于Sm^(3+)的4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁,可作为白光LED用红色发光材料.
A series of novel red phosphors CaMoO4:Sm3+ were synthesized by co-precipitation. The structures and luminescent properties were investigated by XRD, F'FIR and fluorescence spectrometer. The results show that the sample's luminous intensity is the largest when the doping concentration of Sm3+ is 0.05 mol. These samples can be excited by near-UV light of 405nm, and show red emitting light at 646nm, which is corresponding to the Sm3+的 4G5/2→6H9/2 transition of Sm3+.
