摘要
"一带一路"战略空间的构建为西北少数民族地区的发展提供了前所未有的机遇和挑战。充分发挥少数民族地区的文化优势,缩小地区之间的差距,是解决我国经济社会东西差距过大的一条重要措施。建议通过转变政府职能、解放思想、统一认识,提高群众的科学文化素养,培养创新人才等举措来缩短地区差距,让每一个地区、每一个人共享人类文明成果。
The strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ provides an unprecedented opportunity and challenge to China in the development of northwest minority areas. Therefore, we should give full play to the cultural superiority of northwest minority areas to reduce the regional gap, which is an important initiative to reduce the large gap between the affluent coastal eastern regions and the poor inland western regions in social and economic development in China. For this purpose, we should take many measures like emancipating our minds, unifying changing the functions of the government, our understanding, improving people＇s scientific and cultural literacy, and cultivating innovative talents so as to have every region and everyone share the fruits of civilization.
