摘要
目的 :解决部队医院医疗设备维护中存在的弊端,实现医疗设备全生命周期的精细化管理。方法 :采用基于演化模型的生命周期法、原型法和面向对象开发设计法,开发出一套和医院信息系统兼容、具有全院医疗设备状态信息管理、基于手机设备维护App辅助应用和设备报修短信提醒等功能的系统。结果:该系统提升了医疗设备的管理效率,改善了医院医疗设备维护申报的被动及无序状态,规范了工作流程。结论:该系统的使用不仅节约了大量维修成本,而且提高了医院医疗设备的信息化管理水平。
Objective To eliminate the deficiencies of medical equipment maintenance in the military hospital by realizing life-cycle precision management of medical equipment. Methods A medical equipment maintenance management system of the military hospital was developed with life cycle method based on evolution model, prototype method and object-oriented method, which was compatible with HIS and had the functions of medical equipment conditions information management,medical equipment maintenance App, reminding sms for trouble call and etc. Results The system enhanced medical equipment management efficiency, improved the application of hospital medical equipment maintenance and standardized working flow. Conclusion The system reduces the cost for medical equipment maintenance and promotes informatization of hospital medical equipment.
