摘要
针对中原油田CO_2驱产出气中二氧化碳、甲烷含量及产气量波动范围大,产出的气难以直接燃烧、排放和管道输送需要进一步处理,而常规的工业脱碳方法不适用,研究了水合物分离及回注一体化方法。根据CH_4和CO_2生成水合物的条件存在显著差异进行分离,分离出的CH_4和N_2分离作为油田燃气,生成的水合物浆液可以直接回注地层,具有CO_2泡沫驱和表面活性剂驱的作用,能够提高采收率。结果表明该方法有适用范围广、回收率高、流程短、能耗低等优点,适合于中原油田CO_2驱产出气的处理。
For CO_2 flooding gas production, carbon dioxide content, methane content in wide range in Zhongyuan oilfield,it is difficult to burn discharge and pipelining for output gas.The output gas need to be further treatment.The conventiona industrial decarburization method does not work.An integrated method of hydrate separation and recycle is proposed in this paper.According to the different conditions forming the hydrate from gas with methane and carbon dioxide moleculars.The separated of methane and nitrogen are excluded are used as town gas.The generated hydrate slurries can be injected into stratum and they have the effect of foam flooding and surfactant flooding to enhance oil recovery.This method possessed wide applicability,short process and low energy consumption and it is suitable for CO_2 flooding output gas treatment.
