摘要
随着环保产业的发展,SCR与SNCR技术应用于更多的发电厂。大型电站因脱硝效率高而应用SCR技术,小型电站则大多因成本低以SNCR为主。但由于技术的不断成熟,SNCR-SCR技术在目前中小型燃煤电站锅炉及超低排放的大型电站中应用越来越多,其技术结合SCR与SNCR的技术优点,又避免了SCR的高成本与大空间、SNCR的脱硝效率低等缺点。结合某发电厂410 t/h锅炉脱硝改造工程实际情况,简介SNCR-SCR脱硝关键技术,并对工程实际运行情况的进行分析以及技术的改进情况加以探讨。
With the development of the environmental protection industry, the technology of SCR and SNCR is applied in more and more power plants. SCR technology is applied in large scale power station because of its high denitration efficiency, SNCR technology is applied in small scale power station because of its low cost. As the technology constantly matures, the technology of SNCR-SCR is more and more applied in Small and medium-sized coal-fired power plant boiler and ultra-low emissions of large power stations, this technology in combination with advantages of SCR and SNCR, and avoid the high cost and large space of SCR, the low efficiency denitration of SNCR. Combined with 410 t/h power plant boiler denitration project, introduce SNCR-SCR denitration technology, and analyzes the performance of the engineering practice, and discussed with the technical improvement of the situation.
