摘要 针对某热电厂锅炉进行了运行优化调整试验,分析了分离器折向门的调节特性,以及运行氧量和煤粉细度对锅炉热效率的影响,并针对运行中再热器减温水量的用量大进行了调整试验,给锅炉提供了比较经济的运行方式。结果表明:随着分离器折向门开度的增加,煤粉细度(R90)减小;在锅炉不同的运行负荷下,确定最佳运行氧量;通过煤粉细度调整,磨煤机出力相对增加,制粉单耗下降,在调整前220~260 MW负荷段需要5台磨煤机运行才能满足要求,煤粉细度调整后在220~260 MW负荷段4台磨煤机就能满足要求,从而起到节能的效果;通过再热器减温水调整试验,可以使得再热器减温水量降低8 t/h左右,约使机组供电煤耗下降1 g/k W·h。 Optimization and adjustment experiments for a boiler in a certain power plant were carried out to analysis the adjusting characteristics of classifier damper, the influence of operational oxygen and coal fineness upon thermal efficiency of boiler, and to proceed a adjustment experiment to higher the consumption of desuperheating water in the reheater operation. All these provide a economic mode for boiler operating. Result of the test shows that increase the damper opening of pulverized coal classifier makes the coal fineness(R90) lower; determine the optimal oxygen content under different generator load conditions of a boiler; achieve effect of saving energy through the adjustment test of pulverized coal fineness, the output capacity of coal pulverizer is increased, pulverized specific consumption is decreased, during the load segment varying from 220 MW to 260 MW, five coal pulverizer can meet the requirement of output capacity of boiler before the adjustment test of pulverized coal fineness, after the test, four coal pulverizer can meet the requirement; decrease the coal consumption rate of power supply by 1g/k W·h approximately through the adjustment test of desuperheating water to decrease the consumption of desuperheating water by 8t/h.
