摘要
聚醚TSU-450L与聚醚H303复配和异氰酸酯按一定质量比混合,HFC-365/227作发泡剂,经催化发泡固化制备硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)。产物用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征。实验表明,组合聚醚(TSU-450L∶H303=7∶3,质量比)和异氰酸酯质量比为1∶1.25,表观密度45kg/m^3,导热系数0.026W/(m·k),耐热性120℃,吸水率0.025g/cm^3,抗压强度0.33MPa。结果显示制备的RPUF达到埋地钢质管道防腐保温层技术规范。
The RPUF was prepared by compound polyether of TSU-450L and H303 combination mixed with isocyanate in catalyzing,foaming and solidifying,used HFC-365/227 as foaming agent.The products were characterized with FTIR,TGA and SEM.Tests indicated that apparent density was 45kg/m^3,coefficient of thermal conductivity 0.026W/(m·k),heat resistance was 120℃,water absorption was 0.025g/cm^3,and compression strength was 0.33 MPa when the mass ratio was 1∶1.25 in the compound polyether of TSU-450 Land H303(mass ratio was 7∶3)with isocyanate.The results showed that the RPUF was suitable for the requirements of Technical standard for anti-corrosion and insulation coatings of buried steel pipeline.
