摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,硝酸铈为掺杂剂,采用水热法制备了纯TiO_2和不同掺杂浓度的Ce/TiO_2复合光催化剂。并用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪对样品的结构及形貌进行了表征,最后以亚甲基蓝为模型污染物,探讨了Ce掺杂量对TiO_2光催化性能的影响。结果表明:通过水热法制备的Ce/TiO_2仍为金红石型,掺杂Ce并未改变TiO_2的晶相结构。Ce/TiO_2复合光催化剂为分散均匀的微球形,粒径在1μm左右。掺杂Ce可显著提高TiO_2的光催化活性,当Ce掺杂量为3%时,对亚甲基蓝的降解率最高,达到99%。
Pure TiO_2 and Ce doped TiO_2 with different molar fractions of Ce for degradation of methylene blue were prepared by hydrothermal method with Ti(OBu)4as titanium source and cerium nitrate as dopant,respectively.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The relationship between the concentration of Ce and its photocatalytic activity were also studied.The results showed that pure TiO_2 and Ce/TiO_2 prepared by hydrothermal method were all rutile structure,doping Ce did not change the crystal structure of TiO_2.Ce/TiO_2 were single dispersed phase of the ball type,and the distribution were more uniform,particle size was around 1μm.It showed that doping Ce enhanced the catalyst activity.When the Ce doped concentration was 3%,the degradation efficiency of methylene blue was 99%,which represented the best catalytic activity in all samples.
