摘要
研究了单转向两相开关磁阻电机的控制方法。首先,根据被控电机的结构及参数提出了该电机的线性化模型,并给出了电感及转矩的计算公式;然后,研究了电机的起动控制方法,提出了基于电流分配函数的低速运行控制算法,设计了基于神经网络的关断角优化高速控制策略,并给出了神经网络的学习过程及样本训练数据的获取方法;最后,通过实验样机的测试,给出了起动、低速及高速运行时的电流波形,并通过不同关断角控制方案的效率测试,证明了设计的神经网络关断角优化控制策略在全转矩范围内具有效率优势。
The control method of single rotation direction of two-phase switched reluctance motor was studied. Firstly,according to the structure and parameters of the controlled motor,the linear model of the motor was presented and the calculation formulas of inductance and torque were given; Then the starting control method of motor was studied. The low speed control algorithm based on current distribution function was proposed and high speed control strategy based on neural network of turn off angle optimization was presented.Meanwhile,the acquisition method of neural network learning process and the training sample data were given. Finally,through the experimental test,the current waveform of starting process,low speed process and high speed process were obtained. Moreover,the design of turn off angle optimization control based on neural network strategy working in full torque range with efficiency advantage was proved by different turn off angle control scheme efficiency test.
