摘要
铁路运输行业整体转为企业后,按照市场经济体制模式进行运作和管理,需要建立防范风险的法律机制,努力成为治理完善、经营合规、管理规范、守法诚信的法治央企。此文在阐述建立企业法律顾问制度必要性的基础上,就完善法律顾问管理体系的任职条件和职责等进行详细阐述。
After the railway transportation industry change to the enterprise as a whole, the operation and management of enterprise should be in accordance with the market economic system model, need to establish a legal mechanism to guard against risk, and strive to become the central enterprises with perfect governance, business compliance, management norms and law - abiding integrity. On the basis of expounding the necessity of establishing enterprise legal consultant system, The qualification and responsibility of legal adviser to perfect legal consultant management system is disscussed in this paper.
