摘要
针对新送审标准JG/T 24—XXXX《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》(送审稿)中出现的吸水量标准要求,对其测试方法进行了实验验证。并从底漆的刷涂、乳液类型及含量、膨润土添加量、涂膜厚度以及养护方法等方面,分析了真石漆吸水量的影响因素。实验结果表明:是否刷涂底漆对涂膜吸水量影响较大;较高的乳液含量可有效降低涂膜的吸水量;乳液类型不同,涂膜吸水量不同;在乳液含量较低的情况下,膨润土对涂膜吸水量的改善较大,但随着乳液含量的升高,其影响降低;涂膜厚度对涂膜吸水量影响较小;养护方法对涂膜吸水量的影响也较大。
For the standard request of water absorption in the new standard sent for verification: JG/T 24-XXXX Textured Building Coatings Based Synthetic Resin Emulsion( draft ), the test method was verified by experiments. The influence factors of water absorption of natural stone-like coatings were analyzed from primer brushing, emulsion type and amount, bentonite amount, film thickness and maintenance method etc. The test results indicated that whether the primer was brushed or not had great influence on film water absorption. The higher emulsion amount could reduce the film water absorption. The different kinds of emulsion led to different film water absorption. The bentonite had great improvement on film water absorption under low emulsion amount. But with the increasing of emulsion amount, the improving effect reduced. The film thickness had little influence, and the maintenance method had great influence on film water absorption.
