摘要
石材/陶瓷薄板饰面保温装饰在工程应用中因其面密度大,其安全性受到关注,该文针对该技术难点研制了一种新型纤维增强改性发泡水泥保温装饰板,在介绍其构造形式、组成材料、性能特点的基础上,重点阐述其安全性和经济性。通过自身结构和安装技术优化,将饰面层石材/陶瓷薄板的荷载通过扣挂组件有效传递到基础墙体确保产品的安全,产品应用于外墙外保温系统,与外墙外保温+传统石材的幕墙系统相比,综合工程造价可节约30%左右。
The safety of stone/ceramics thin plate insulation decoration is paid attention to for its large density in application. This paper, for its technological difficulties, researches and establishes a new insulation decorative board of fiber-reinforced modified foamed cement and, based on configuration, composite materials and functional features, largely introduces its safety and economy. Through optimizing its own structure and installation technique, the load of decorative layer of stone/ceramics thin plates is effectively passed through hanging/buckling components to the base wall to ensure products' safety. The product is applied in the external insulation system of exterior walls. Compared with the curtain wall system of the external insulation system of exterior walls + traditional stones, the comprehensive project cost can be saved by about 30%.
