摘要
当前,全国PPP项目数量已上万,总投资额突破12万亿。面对如此大的资金需求,如何更大程度地吸引社会资本的参与,成为亟待解决的问题。EPC工程总承包模式是国家大力推广的工程项目管理模式,在大型城市基础设施建设中较传统模式具有很多优点。PPP融资模式与EPC工程总承包模式的结合,是一个新的研究领域,加强相关研究和实践,对鼓励社会资本的参与具有很大的意义。
Currently, the number of PPP projects has exceeded ten thousand, with a total investment of 12 trillion in China. Faced with such a large capital demand, how to attract the participation of social capital to a greater extent has become an urgent problem to be solved. EPC project general contracting model is a project management model vigorously advocated by the government. It has many advantages in the large-scale urban infrastructure construction compared to the traditional one. The combination of PPP financing mode and EPC project general contracting mode is a new research field,which has great significance to encourage the participation of social capital.
