双进双出钢球磨制粉系统锅炉掺烧褐煤关键技术研究

摘要 某发电公司300MW机组锅炉,投产后,在燃用烟煤期间,磨煤机经常发生堵塞,制粉系统曾数次发生爆炸事故。为了大比例掺烧褐煤,进行了低温烟气惰化系统、空气预热器旋向、磨煤机等多项技术创新与改造,全面解决了该锅炉投产以来所遇到的一系列技术难题,年平均掺烧褐煤比例达到50%以上。 After a boiler of 300 MW in a power generation company putting into operation,the coal pulverizing clogged frequently when burning the bituminous coal.Even the coal pulverizing system has explosion accidents several times.For mixed-burning lignite in a large proportion,the company have taken a number of technical innovation and transformation,including low temperature flue gas inerting system transformation,change the air preheater rotation,coal mill transformation.These innovation and transformation solved a series of technical problems encountered comprehensively,since the commissioning of the boiler.The annual average rate of lignite blended reached more than 50%.
