摘要
目的通过对狂犬病的传染源、传播途径、易感人群的了解及疫情高发分析,采取措施得当的防控策略。方法通过分析犬对狂犬病病毒的普遍易感、犬类饲养量增多而管理不到位、暴露后伤口的正确处理和免疫率不高等因素,了解狂犬病疫情高发的原因。结果通过对传染源的严格管理对被致伤人员的伤口彻底清洗严格按照伤口分级进行狂犬疫苗和狂犬病免疫球蛋白的注射大大降低了狂犬病的发病率。结论加大对犬的规范性管理正确处理暴露后伤口,按不同暴露级别进行狂犬疫苗和狂犬病免疫球蛋白的注射,加强狂犬病相关知识的宣传,提高人们的自我保护意识,可以有效减少狂犬病的发生率。
Objective Through the understanding of the infection source of rabies,the transmission way,susceptible population and the epidemic analysis of the high incidence,to take appropriate measures to prevent and control.Methods Through the analysis of canine rabies virus susceptibility,the increasing dogs and improper management,the low rate of the correct treatment of the wound after the exposure and the immune,to explore the reasons for the high incidence of rabies.Results The incidence of rabies was greatly reducing with the strict management of the infection source,thoroughly cleaned wound of injured personnel,the strict injection accordance with the wound classification of rabies vaccine and rabies immune globulin.Conclusion With the strengthened standardized management of dogs,the correct treatment of the wound after the exposure,the strict injection accordance with the wound classification of rabies vaccine and rabies immune globulin,the increased knowledge propaganda of rabies,the improved people＇s awareness of selfprotection,the incidence of rabies was reduced.
